Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions virtually, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Collaborate with clients in creating personalized treatment plans that emphasize their goals and foster sustainable recovery and well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during acute distress situations, ensuring clients receive the support necessary for their safety and care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in line with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical obligations.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights and coordinate comprehensive support across different service areas.

• Regularly engage in professional development through current literature, research updates, and training workshops to enhance counseling techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing various mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in providing affirming care that respects cultural differences and values the unique backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or eligibility for licensure.

• Proven experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups in a clinical setting.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with a wide range of clients.
\n
• A robust commitment to cultural competence in providing services to clients from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.

• Ability to work independently and also collaboratively as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with digital counseling platforms.

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and practices.

• Specialized training or certifications in evidence-based therapies, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.

Compensation and Benefits\n
