Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately determine their mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on client evaluations, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual’s circumstances.

• Offer therapy services to a range of clients, encompassing individuals, families, and groups, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and person-centered approaches.

• Collaborate with a network of case managers, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including regular case consultations to review client progress.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, applying de-escalation techniques and providing appropriate support measures.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational workshops to raise awareness about mental health issues, promote available resources, and reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Mindful Health, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This role allows you to engage with populations facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your work will be instrumental in improving mental health outcomes for these individuals and fostering resilience within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong therapeutic relationships based on trust and mutual respect with clients.
