Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, monitoring their progress and adapting strategies as necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date, confidential client records using our secure electronic health record system, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.

• Engage in regular communication with a multidisciplinary remote team to coordinate care and share insights on client progress and treatment strategies.

• Stay current with ongoing education and advancements in mental health counseling, integrating new methodologies and techniques into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will serve a diverse population across California, addressing a variety of mental health challenges. Your clients may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
