Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate client concerns, collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor at Good Life Psychological Services, you will primarily work with clients from various backgrounds, each facing unique emotional and psychological challenges. Our diverse patient population includes individuals coping with stressors related to personal relationships, trauma, depression, and anxiety. You will be instrumental in providing a safe space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Maryland.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your professional expertise and contributions to the organization. Full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend and enjoy complimentary access to our platform's services as clients while actively employed.
