Job Description Lead design and implementation of S/4HANA Service Management processes. Service orders Contracts & subscriptions Billing and revenue integration Configure Solution Quotations for complex service offerings (bundled, subscription, usage-based) Define pricing, configuration logic, and dependencies Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis Ensure alignment with cross-functional processes (Finance, SD, Revenue Recognition) Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution Assist with cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization Produce functional documentation and process flows We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
