Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments aimed at identifying the developmental needs of children, and monitor progress using evidence-based practices.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP)
\n
• Provide direct support to families, enhancing their understanding of their child's development while fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to monitor outcomes and adjust interventions to ensure effective service delivery.
\n
• Educate families on strategies that promote skill development across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas.
\n
• Utilize natural learning environment practices to enhance intervention effectiveness.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing social work and early intervention services.
\n
• Develop and maintain strong rapport with children, families, and team members to foster a positive working relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily work with infants and toddlers who have disabilities or developmental delays. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
