In this fully remote position, you will collaborate with a team of mental health professionals using advanced telehealth platforms to deliver compassionate care. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in ongoing communication with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to report patient progress, address needs and concerns, and discuss any potential issues affecting care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, including progress notes and assessment documentation, adhering strictly to departmental policies.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to devise comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on robust psychosocial assessments.

• Provide crisis intervention and tailored counseling for patients, effectively assessing and treating emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Establish and nurture relationships with community resource leaders, representing Holistic Recovery Counselling in meetings and committees dedicated to addressing the social needs of our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily serve diverse individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. The role involves creating individualized treatment plans that respect the unique backgrounds, cultural contexts, and specific needs of each client, with a focus on achieving measurable recovery outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required, along with a current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of professional clinical experience in mental health counseling is essential.

• Candidates must have an active Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences, with all necessary documentation in order.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
