Onsite HR Manager — Employee Relations & Benefits Leader

Devonshire by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our on-site HR team at the PGA National property in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The role focuses on employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation to support our mission and values. Responsibilities include handling EEOC, FMLA, ADA, OSHA compliance, coordinating benefits communications, and delivering orientation updates.
