While you will primarily work individually with clients, you will also collaborate with a dynamic team of interdisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a well-rounded approach to mental health treatment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual therapy, family therapy, or group sessions using evidence-based practices aligned with each client’s unique needs.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients undergoing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create holistic care strategies that address the diverse needs of clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training, workshops, and conferences to stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals who face various challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your ability to adapt your therapeutic approaches based on each client’s background, cultural context, and personal goals will be essential in fostering positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Strong clinical skills in assessment and diagnosis.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience working in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trusting therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
