Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client evaluations to assess mental health status and treatment needs.

• Develop customized therapeutic plans that incorporate a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Provide effective one-on-one and group therapy sessions, ensuring an engaging and supportive atmosphere for all clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, to deliver holistic care tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, adhering to legal requirements and ethical standards, while managing administrative tasks related to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse client population facing issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, and relational difficulties. You will also engage with families and couples, offering inclusive therapeutic practices that address systemic concerns and enhance interpersonal dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or significant experience in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, addiction counseling, or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition, we offer:
