Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health status and specific therapeutic needs.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Provide individual and, when appropriate, group therapy sessions that promote healing and self-exploration.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking of client progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and refer clients as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds is essential as you implement culturally responsive therapy methods to foster a safe space for healing. Building rapport and trust will be pivotal as you guide clients on their journey toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, providing therapy to diverse populations.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and a variety of therapy modalities, including cognitive-behavioral and integrative therapeutic approaches.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
