Wellness Care Psychological Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) for full-time remote positions as part of our vibrant outpatient practice. Work Environment\n

This role offers a unique remote work setting, allowing therapists the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from their chosen environment while being part of a supportive outpatient team. Our operation hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with necessary adjustments made to fit patient needs. This flexible schedule allows our therapists to maintain a healthy work-life balance while effectively supporting our patient population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments, analyzing patient histories and current mental state to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Implement various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to deliver effective interventions for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse.

• Lead psychoeducational groups and support sessions aimed at providing patients with coping strategies and promoting community among participants.
\n
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a cohesive treatment strategy that addresses all aspects of patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention when needed, ensuring patient safety and developing immediate action plans during emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, therapy goals, and various treatment options available, empowering them to take active roles in their recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Participate in regular case conferences and team meetings to share insights and best practices, contributing to a collaborative treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients include diverse individuals from various backgrounds facing an array of mental health challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use, and trauma-related issues. Therapists in this position will work with individuals, couples, and families, tailoring each therapeutic approach to align with the unique needs of the client. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• Strong foundational knowledge in mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities, informed by best practices in the industry.

• Demonstrated ability to execute thorough mental health assessments and to develop effective, individualized treatment strategies.

• Experience in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, proficient in engaging with patients from varied backgrounds and with diverse concerns.

• High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding the integrity of the therapeutic relationship.

• Comfortable utilizing technology, particularly electronic health records and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting and familiarity with treatment programs for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
