Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs, risks, and treatment objectives.

• Deliver short-term individual counseling, crisis intervention, and support sessions to a diverse array of patients experiencing acute and chronic mental health issues.

• Facilitate structured therapy groups and workshops focusing on relevant topics such as anxiety management, coping strategies, and personal development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Empowerment Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse patient population facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health issues commonly encountered in community health settings and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively alongside a multidisciplinary medical team.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience\n
