Work Environment\n

This remote position offers the flexibility of working from your home while maintaining a supportive connection with our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals. We prioritize work-life balance, providing structured work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms on clients’ lives, using standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Collaborate closely with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing their specific emotional and psychological needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective therapeutic sessions.

• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, enhancing their understanding of available treatment options and promoting effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout therapy, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in regular consultations with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care plans that prioritize holistic patient well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring quality documentation of assessments and treatment plans.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to enhance collaborative care strategies and share insights on best practices.

• Advocate for clients by fostering awareness around the stigma associated with mood disorders and enhancing advocacy for mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients suffering from mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Nevada is essential.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience specializing in the treatment of mood disorders is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
