Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while connecting with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Our practice utilizes cutting-edge technology to facilitate real-time communication and assessment, ensuring that therapy remains accessible and effective. You will benefit from a structured workweek, with regular hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate closely with clients to devise personalized treatment plans that are responsive to their unique goals, preferences, and needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address the complexities of mood disorders.

• Provide guidance and education to clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Track clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring optimal care and outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to mental health care.

• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic techniques and professional knowledge.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans to comply with legal and ethical standards.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing a broad range of mood disorders, including major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT within the state of Nevada.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to forge trusting relationships with clients from varied demographics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, supplemented with a sign-on bonus.
