Hope Recovers Behavioral Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Remote Telehealth Mental Health Counselor to join our team and support adolescents and young adults facing mental health challenges. This full-time position allows you to provide treatment from the comfort of your home while ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of mental health care. The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to create your own schedule within the hours of Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, thus providing a healthy work-life balance. As a telehealth therapist, you will utilize digital platforms for conducting assessments and therapy sessions, which allows you to engage with clients in a comfortable environment while maintaining their confidentiality and privacy. Our Operations team will handle the administrative aspects of care, enabling you to focus on what you do best—helping clients heal.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and substance abuse history, using tailored instruments and techniques.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based methodologies to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care, sharing insights and feedback to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Involve and educate clients’ families to support them in the recovery process, ensuring everyone understands the treatment plan and their role within it.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system effectively.

Our primary client demographic is adolescents and young adults struggling with mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD.

• Experience in providing telehealth therapy, specifically to adolescents and young adults, is essential.

• Comfort and proficiency in using technology, including Google Suite and electronic health record systems.

• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, allowing for meaningful engagement with clients.
