Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of new patients to identify their psychosocial and emotional needs in the context of their diagnosis.

• Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy sessions for hospice patients dealing with anxiety, depression, and grief related to terminal illnesses.
