Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting specific, measurable goals and interventions.

• Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated, client-centered approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services when necessary, and create safety plans that address identified risks.

• Facilitate group therapy, psychoeducational workshops, and therapeutic support groups, fostering a safe and supportive environment for participants.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work primarily with clients and families facing complex emotional challenges associated with terminal illness and end-of-life considerations. Supporting clients dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing their quality of life and emotional resilience during difficult times. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
