Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work predominantly with clients experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your expertise and compassionate approach will help to create a safe and trusting environment where clients can openly discuss their struggles and work towards healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree is required, but a master’s degree or doctoral degree in mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience working in mental health settings, demonstrating a proven ability to effectively engage and treat a diverse patient population.

• A strong grasp of mental health diagnoses, treatment methodologies, and cultural competence skills necessary for effective therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
