Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs; develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to each individual.

• Deliver a range of therapy services across various formats—including individual, group, and family therapy—utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques and a compassionate approach to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other skilled professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social aspects of client well-being.

  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate building meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proven cultural competence to effectively engage with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring comprehensive and timely client documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in a community mental health setting, familiarity with telehealth platforms, and expertise in specific therapeutic models will be considered advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n
