Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns fully, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide individual therapy using proven therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy, adapted to each client's unique circumstances and preferences.

• Collaborate with clients to establish actionable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to enhance their path to recovery.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who appreciate the convenience of virtual support or face accessibility challenges, ensuring they continue receiving essential care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Holds a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) recognized by the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 83,000 to 104,000 per year, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus to welcome new licensed therapists to our team.
