Estamos buscando un(a) Especialista de Recursos Humanos con enfoque en Desarrollo Organizacional (OD) y apoyo en Reclutamiento para integrarse a un equipo dinámico y orientado a la experiencia del empleado.
Esta oportunidad comenzará bajo modalidad temporera con miras a permanencia. Buscamos una persona apasionada por las relaciones humanas, la experiencia del empleado y el mejoramiento continuo dentro de la organización. Responsabilidades principales: Brindar apoyo en iniciativas de Desarrollo Organizacional y experiencia del empleado. Participar activamente en el proceso de onboarding y experiencia del candidato/empleado. Desarrollar y administrar encuestas de satisfacción e insatisfacción de empleados. Analizar feedback recibido e identificar oportunidades de mejora. Colaborar en iniciativas y planes de mejoramiento de procesos internos. Mantener comunicación y seguimiento con líderes sobre hallazgos, tendencias y oportunidades identificadas. Apoyar procesos de reclutamiento y coordinación de candidatos según necesidad operacional. Trabajar de manera colaborativa con diferentes departamentos y niveles organizacionales. Requisitos:
Bachillerato en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Psicología Industrial o áreas relacionadas. Experiencia previa en Recursos Humanos, Desarrollo Organizacional, experiencia del empleado o reclutamiento (puede ser experiencia junior con buena exposición). Excelentes destrezas de comunicación verbal y escrita. Inglés intermedio. Persona orientada a relaciones interpersonales, empatía y servicio. Capacidad para manejar información confidencial y trabajar con múltiples prioridades. Perfil dinámico, organizado y proactivo.Vacancy posted 12 hours ago
