Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying their strengths and areas of concern.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans designed to address the specific needs of each client.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities in both individual and group settings, ensuring a culturally responsive approach that respects diverse backgrounds.
• Regularly meet with clients to monitor progress, providing them with necessary tools and coping strategies to effectively manage their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
