Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs using standardized tools and observations to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each student and family.
\n
• Engage in regular monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes, providing timely feedback and communication to clients and families.
\n
• Coordinate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to advocate for and create support systems that facilitate academic and personal success.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support is available to students facing acute emotional challenges.
\n
• Document all interactions, assessments, and progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on students from diverse backgrounds who may face various challenges, including trauma, mental health issues, behavioral problems, and socio-economic barriers. As an LCSW, you will play a critical role in helping students navigate these challenges, ensuring they have access to the appropriate resources and support systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in social work, particularly within a school setting, is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
