Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, ensuring thorough documentation of initial findings.

• Develop individualized treatment plans by analyzing clients' needs, personal goals, and evaluation results, fostering their active participation in treatment decisions.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Guide couples through therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and reinforcing relational bonds.

• Continuously monitor client progress, updating and adjusting treatment plans to reflect their evolving needs.

• Maintain organized and accurate client records, including case histories and progress notes, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and legal requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and coordinate services tailored to each client's unique situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic includes teenagers, adults, and couples experiencing a range of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active independent license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Current licensure through the State Board is mandatory, ensuring professional standards are upheld.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy, showcasing the ability to connect and create therapeutic relationships.
