Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and goals.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate supportive psychoeducational groups to discuss common mental health challenges, providing community support and fostering shared experiences among patients.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and coordinated care, ensuring all aspects of the patient's mental health are addressed.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stability for clients in distress.
\n
• Educate patients on the spectrum of mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential electronic health records (EHR), abiding by all legal and ethical standards in documentation practices.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health.

• Continuously update knowledge of the latest research and practices within the field of mental health therapy to improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base, including adults experiencing acute or chronic mental health issues, parents seeking support in family dynamics, and those facing challenges with substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Hands-on experience in conducting mental health evaluations and creating actionable treatment plans.
\n
• Experience providing individual and group therapy, with a proven track record of engaging with diverse population groups.

• Strong communication skills along with the ability to establish trust and rapport with patients.
\n
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and necessary computer applications.
\n
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role.

• Experience working with telehealth platforms and delivering care remotely is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
