Work Environment\n

This position is a remote role, empowering you to conduct therapy sessions through our telehealth platform. Our technology enables seamless communication and efficient case management, fostering a collaborative team culture despite physical distances. You will primarily work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with the possibility for flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement and adapt various therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting approaches to meet the unique circumstances of each client.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance care delivery through shared insights and strategies.

• Participate in regular case consultations, enhancing your professional development while contributing to case evaluations and care quality improvements.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Your clinical expertise will be essential in delivering care to a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals coping with anxiety and depression to those navigating the complexities of trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions, with the ability to customize treatment modalities based on individual client needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients, build rapport, and foster trust.

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex clinical scenarios.
