Senior Executive Assistant

This role provides administrative and strategic support for senior leaders of Seattle Children’s Foundation's Development team, responsible for all fundraising programs. This role specifically supports the Deputy Chief Development Officer and VP of Development, delivering high level administrative assistance, and managing day-to-day operational priorities. Required Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent experience. Minimum of six (6) years of experience in a complex, responsible administrative position in a large organization. At least four (4) years of experience providing complex administrative support to executive level (VP/SVP+) positions OR internal EA experience for at least three (3) years. Experience taking and transcribing meeting minutes. Preferred BA degree or completion of college-level administration courses. Notary Public. Compensation Range $88,786.00 - $133,180.00 per year Salary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
