This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with patients, fostering an open and positive therapeutic environment.

• Diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing comprehensive assessment tools and intake processes to inform your treatment approach.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ specific needs, leveraging best practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct regular sessions with individuals, couples, and families to provide counseling, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as required.

• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate patient outcomes and identify areas for continued support or adjustment in therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate, encouraging peer support and collaborative healing among clients.

• Make referrals to specialists, resources, or support services as needed to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.

• Keep meticulous records of patient progress and treatment interventions in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
