Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of emotional and mental health needs for patients and their families transitioning into hospice care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Possession of a current and valid LCSW licensure in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
