Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.
\n
• Developing tailored treatment plans that address the unique psychosocial stressors of each client, including integration of evidence-based interventions.
\n
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities according to client needs.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records, including progress notes, treatment updates, and outcome measurements, to ensure compliance and quality care.
\n
• Facilitating connections for families to community-based services and resources, enhancing their support systems.
\n
• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and peer support specialists, to create a cohesive care environment.

• Educating and training team members on clients' psychosocial issues to drive positive treatment outcomes.

• Participating in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing challenges such as mental health disorders, substance abuse, trauma, and domestic violence. Your expertise will be instrumental in advocating for vulnerable populations and providing culturally sensitive care to address the multifaceted needs of our community members.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• Strong knowledge and application of therapeutic modalities, as well as crisis intervention strategies.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical or community setting, particularly with diverse populations.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
\n
• Familiarity with community resources and services available to support mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
