Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory. Build relationships with decision‑makers across industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, and commercial accounts. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Prepare proposals, pricing, and customer agreements. Collaborate internally to ensure successful onboarding and customer support. Maintain pipeline activity, reporting, and CRM updates. Monitor market trends and competitive activity. Travel locally throughout the region to support client development efforts. Ideal Background 4+ years of outside B2B sales experience. Strong hunter mentality with proven business development success. Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, commercial, healthcare, or technical environments preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently within a territory‑based role. Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
