Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and screenings to accurately identify the mental health needs of students, developing individualized treatment plans that cater specifically to their concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Mental Health Counselor will center around providing dedicated support to our student population, who face unique challenges related to their academic environment. You will engage with individuals and groups, focusing on issues such as academic stress, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and more. Your counseling will empower students to develop coping strategies, resilience, and the ability to thrive in both their studies and personal lives.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated understanding of the mental health challenges commonly faced by college and university students.
