Overview Netflix is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support three leaders in a fast‑paced, high‑growth team. The role requires proactive organization, strong communication, and discretion to maintain clarity across shifting priorities. Responsibilities Calendar & Coordination : Maintain complex, high‑volume calendars for three leaders; resolve conflicts, prioritize requests, and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones. Communication : Act as key point of contact for the team, communicating proactively with internal partners, cross‑functional teams, and external stakeholders. Meeting Management : Oversee internal meetings, team syncs, and all‑hands sessions—scheduling, agenda collection, note‑taking, time management, and tracking action items. Offsite & Event Planning : Plan and execute team off‑sites, events, and external meetings end‑to‑end, including venue and vendor sourcing, contract logistics, agenda coordination, AV support, and on‑site execution. Travel & Expenses : Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare/process expense reports. Digital Organization : Maintain Google Shared Drives, distribution lists, Google Groups, and Slack channels so the right people have access to the right information. Confidentiality : Maintain discretion with sensitive information, organizational changes, and leadership discussions. Cross‑Functional Liaison : Partner with HR, Recruiting, Finance, and Facilities on administrative protocols, org changes, and operational needs. Process Improvement : Continuously identify and implement workflow efficiencies to help the team scale. Team Culture : Support team‑building activities and contribute to a welcoming, collaborative environment. Requirements Experience as an administrative or executive assistant supporting multiple leaders in a large, fast‑paced organization. Proactive approach—anticipating needs, flagging issues early, and following through without prompting. Hands‑on off‑site and event planning experience, including venue/vendor sourcing, budget coordination, agenda planning, and on‑site logistics. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to communicate clearly across all levels. Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail; ability to manage competing priorities under pressure. Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with Slack. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. Comfortable working on‑site/hybrid with flexibility to work across multiple time zones as needed. Location & Work Arrangement Los Gatos, California. Hybrid schedule requiring 3 days on‑site per week to support real‑time collaboration and strong team alignment. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $80,000 – $148,500.
