Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that cater to their individual needs, therapeutic goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as required to reflect their evolving needs.

• Engage in integrated care by communicating effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare specialists to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
