Product Manager

Role Description

We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape and execute the future of Dribbble.

As a Product Manager at Dribbble, you’ll work closely with our Chief Product Officer and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful value for our customers and our business. You’ll lead product initiatives from discovery through launch, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

This role sits at the intersection of product management and applied AI. You’ll help shape how Dribbble leverages today’s rapidly evolving AI landscape by evaluating models, identifying the right use cases, and partnering with Engineering to build AI-powered products and internal tools that delight customers and improve how we work.

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Building AI-powered products.
• Identifying opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve the experience for designers, clients, and the Dribbble team, and lead those initiatives from discovery through launch.
• Partnering closely with Engineering.
• Working alongside engineers to evaluate AI technologies, understand technical tradeoffs, and translate emerging capabilities into valuable customer experiences.
• Applying the right AI solutions.
• Evaluating AI models and technologies to determine the best approach for different product problems, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, cost, and performance.
• Turning ideas into meaningful product experiences.
• Partnering with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Finance to identify opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver valuable features to market.
• Championing our customers.
• Developing a deep understanding of the needs, behaviors, and challenges of the designers and businesses that rely on Dribbble every day.
• Using data to inform decisions.
• Monitoring product performance, evaluating AI product quality, and using experimentation and customer feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
• Supporting product growth.
• Improving onboarding, engagement, retention, and monetization through experimentation and continuous optimization.

Requirements

• You've shipped digital products from discovery through launch and know how to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• You've shipped AI-powered products or features and understand today's AI landscape (LLMs, multimodal models, agents, RAG, etc.).
• You’re naturally curious about user behavior and passionate about building products people love.
• You’re confident using quantitative and qualitative insights to guide decisions, measure success, and evaluate AI product performance.
• You’re comfortable collaborating across different teams and can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You enjoy working closely with teammates across disciplines and believe great products are built together.
• AI evolves quickly, and you’re excited to continuously learn, experiment, and apply new technologies as the landscape changes.
• You’re excited about building products for the world’s leading design community.
