Work Environment

This role requires the Physical Therapist to work onsite in our outpatient office, where you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Atrium Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine individual patient needs and establishing tailored treatment plans that address functional limitations and disabilities.
• Providing expert consultation to healthcare providers regarding patient care continuity and collaborating with physicians throughout the treatment process.
• Delivering high-quality patient care by evaluating, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Documenting treatment and outcomes accurately, ensuring compliance with all medical regulations and organizational standards.
• Engaging actively in community outreach programs, quality improvement initiatives, and marketing efforts to enhance our presence and service efficacy.
• Mentoring and supervising support staff, such as Physical Therapy Assistants and interns, ensuring effective team collaboration and continuity of care.
• Continuing your professional development through ongoing education programs, workshops, and participation in relevant staff meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be working with a diverse patient base that may include individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes rehabilitating from injuries, and those managing chronic pain conditions. Your clinical expertise will enable you to create innovative treatment strategies that address each patient's unique challenges, facilitating their rehabilitation goals and promoting a quicker return to daily activities.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with local regulations and professional standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically to patients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
