Flexibility is an essential aspect of this role, with options for scheduling that include traditional hours from 8-4 or 9-5, as well as four 10-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that align with best practices in physical therapy.
• Utilize specialized techniques and therapeutic modalities to facilitate movement and recovery.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on exercises, techniques, and strategies to improve home care and reinforce therapeutic gains.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clinic serves a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid Florida PT license or eligibility for licensure in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance, ensuring your well-being is taken care of.
