Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients, including the creation of crisis management strategies and positive behavior plans.

• Ensure timely and efficient documentation to comply with regulatory standards, which may involve using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools and various therapeutic methods as guided by the clinical team to measure client progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive support and coordinate additional resources necessary for client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and be actively involved in licensing and accreditation processes.

• Facilitate communication with relevant state agencies and community partners, ensuring support services are effectively integrated.

• Establish strategic partnerships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote agency programs while securing funding opportunities.

• Engage in activities that foster personal and professional growth, including attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings.

• Embody and disseminate the agency's mission and core values throughout all interactions and responsibilities.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Clinic Director that align with the role.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will primarily work with a diverse population, encompassing individuals struggling with emotional health challenges, those in recovery from substance use, individuals facing developmental disabilities, and those with a history of brain injuries. Qualifications\n
