Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting 45-minute counseling sessions via phone or video with clients who are stable and present low-acuity symptoms.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with the specific needs and goals of each client you serve.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of emotional and psychological issues, including ADHD, OCD, grief, weight management disorders, and relationship challenges.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, treatment plans, and session notes in our secure online system.

• Actively participating in team meetings and professional development sessions to ensure the enhancement of service quality and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will be working with typically seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and self-esteem challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license is required.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.

• An accredited Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A reliable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functioning microphone and camera.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, our employees can benefit from the following:
