Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy strategies that align with each client's unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various client demographics, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a broad range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to suit client needs.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records consistent with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client information management.

• Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams, comprising medical professionals, social workers, and peer support specialists to foster holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in California.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, especially within a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with a diverse client base.
