Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitating both couple's therapy sessions and individual sessions to ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Addressing a wide array of issues such as relationship conflicts, grief and loss, blended family challenges, and all forms of family dynamics, including communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to implement therapeutic interventions that promote emotional well-being and family cohesion.
\n
• Coordinating care with other healthcare providers when necessary to ensure holistic treatment.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Staying current with developments in the field of mental health to continually enhance therapeutic skills and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults and families, addressing a comprehensive range of concerns such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse

• Experiences of physical and psychological abuse

• Issues related to grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and dynamics
\n
• Adjustments surrounding separations and divorces

Your ability to relate to clients on both an individual and collaborative level is essential to fostering therapeutic relationships that lead to improved outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ethical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

We welcome applications from both newly licensed and seasoned therapists. However, preference may be given to those with experience managing complex family dynamics, as well as providing therapy in diverse settings. Compensation and Benefits\n
