Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one psychotherapy sessions and mental health services to patients dealing with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), utilizing therapeutic techniques that promote healing and resilience.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status, focusing on their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform the development of tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with short-term and long-term disability options, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with contributions, and a flex spending account. We also support continuing education through certification license reimbursement and maintain a refer-a-friend bonus program. Our payroll is structured to provide direct deposit on a weekly basis.
