Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy strategies tailored to client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including group therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, and individual counseling sessions.

• Employ diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to meet clients' unique needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for your clients while maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records that adhere to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work primarily with individuals and families who face a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 90,000 per year, based on experience and caseload availability.
