While the majority of your work will be conducted remotely, opportunities to interact with coworkers and clients in person can be arranged as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and insightful assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, facilitating the development of detailed and personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, employing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to address varying mental health issues.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to create an integrated approach to our clients’ care, ensuring that they receive comprehensive and consistent support.

• Offer crisis intervention services, utilizing your training and experience to assist clients experiencing acute emotional distress in a timely and compassionate manner.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
