Title Recruiting Coordinator Reporting To Lead Recruiter Office Location Bohemia, NY Company Overview Flip is a voice‑AI platform that powers millions of phone calls for brands in retail and healthcare. We operate as a high‑growth startup with international reach and are supported by notable investors. What You’ll Do Source and engage candidates across engineering, product, sales, and operations roles. Assist with interview scheduling and coordinate across multiple time zones. Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse). Conduct initial screens to assess candidates and educate them about Flip. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements. Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage, focusing on quality and volume. Support recruiting operations, employer branding, and hiring projects as we scale. What We’re Looking For 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field (internships welcome). Strong interest in talent acquisition, startups, and AI technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable learning new tools and systems (ATS, LinkedIn, sourcing platforms). Curious, proactive, and eager to grow and learn. Office 5 days/week in our satellite office in Suffolk County, NY, with expectations to work from our HQ office in NYC. Compensation Base salary range: $55,000 – $70,000 USD. The role is eligible for equity upon board approval.
