Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to a diverse range of patients through scheduled telehealth sessions, ensuring clinical approaches are tailored to meet individual needs.

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, assessments, and documentation, securing accurate and timely records in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational policies.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that address varied mental health concerns, employing therapeutic modalities that align with best practices.

• Administer mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans with specific strategies for follow-up interventions and referrals as necessary.

• Maintain a high level of communication with patients, providing ongoing support and adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program and a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation issued by the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
