Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs using structured clinical interviews and validated assessment tools.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related mental health field from an accredited program.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 80,000 and 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
