Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques to provide individual, couples, or family counseling, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship dynamics.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant documentation using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with medical professionals and other relevant parties to optimize client care outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid LPC license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
