Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify individual treatment needs.

• Deliver both individual and family therapy sessions, tailored to the specific needs of the patients, and informed by their unique backgrounds.

• Complete essential billing documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations promptly, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness strategies that empower patients to maintain stable functioning in their daily lives.

• Design effective discharge plans that consider the ongoing needs of patients transitioning out of therapy.
\n
• Adhere strictly to all applicable state and federal laws, NEHS policies, and the latest industry best practices throughout your work.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and ongoing education to elevate your skills and competencies.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to collaboratively enhance patient care and service delivery.
\n
• Fulfill all licensure and training requirements without exception, ensuring that your qualifications remain current.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services address a wide range of mental health challenges, providing critical support to individuals and families from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that meets state licensure requirements.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the State of Nevada (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW preferred).

• Demonstrated experience in individual and family therapy settings, with a passion for helping others achieve mental wellness.
